What is the European Conference?

The biggest annual JCI congress in Europe

The European Conference is the annual European congress of JCI (Junior Chamber International). Hundreds of JCI members from all over Europe come together around leadership, networking and personal development.

In 2027, the EC takes place in The Hague — city of peace, justice and international cooperation. The Belgian delegation is organized by Commission The Hague (JCI Leuven / JCI Belgium).

Everything you want to know

You must be an active member, old-member, senator or candidate member of a JCI chapter in Belgium to participate in the EC via the Belgian delegation. Not yet a member? Contact your local JCI chapter!
The Standard package includes a shared hotel room. With Single Room you have your own room. The Triple Room lets you share with three (limited: only 7 rooms available!). The Light package is without hotel — you arrange your own accommodation, but programme, local public transport and goodiebag are included. Transport to/from Belgium is not included in any package.
Prices increase in three phases. The Flash Sale was only available until EC Malaga (May 2026) — that phase has ended. The Regular Bird price now applies until the end of April 2027, after which the Late Bird price kicks in. Sign up before May 2027 to save up to €150 on a single room.
The pre-tour in Amsterdam is not included in the standard packages. It is a separate programme — more info about the content and price will follow soon.
